Apart from a short stint as a French teacher at the beginning of my career (shortly after my return from France), employed by the Cultural Mission of the French Embassy, I have been in the areas of Brand Management, PR & Media Relations, Marketing & Strategic Communications since 1995. The first part of this period was spent in the tourism industry (Destination Marketing) before I enlarged my focus to cover the broader area of Brand Reputation Management consulting in a variety of sectors.
My expertise has been applied in these sectors: transport (Bus Rapid Transit and urban commuter rail transport), nuclear and other energy, oil & gas, facilities management, lifestyle, travel and hospitality, high-end retail and, and military equipment.

Outside of work, you will find me cycling (road and off-road/MTB) with my many cycling buddies, working out at the gym, reading (I'm also a news junkie and follow global current affairs vociferously), spending time with loved ones, studying to push on with my PhD... I've also been invited to speak at seminars and conferences in places like Russia, Switzerland, Armenia, and India (where, as a guest of the Association of Business Communicators of India - ABCI - I co-hosted the India Brand Summit in Mumbai, in late 2016). I had first been invited to speak at the ABCI's annual Comfest in 2013.
